No arrival lounge AFAIK.
You will have to walk to the transfer area, get your BP and go through security.
If your next flight is in J or you have status you can head to the lounge.
I have had good experiences with using the SQ departure lounge showing my AC BP. I don't know if it will work for you, but it doesn't hurt to try.
