I have done HKG with OR and CX, ICN with OZ and NRT with NH.
The easiest is via NRT With NH and you earn miles all the way.
OZ via ICN had a really long layover and I didn't get upgrade from YVR as too many SEs already on from YYZ.
HKG is HKG, never fun connecting there.
