That's a lot of travel in a short time, I'm very lucky that my Wife is "On Board" with me on this.
We booked these flights before the July 15 2011 Aeroplan points hike, the YVR-FRA and HKG-FRA were extremely hard to get in First and I though, let's book this for now and pay $90 later to "Extend" our trip. Well the fuel surcharges for partners that were imposed in Nov 2011 made it very hard (Before the fee hike it would have cost us $200 in fees per person to make a change to our booking, after Nov 2011 a change would have cost $750 +$90 per person.)
