But yes, 60 minutes is way to short. If you are checking any bags, cutoff is 30 minutes at baggage recheck, and unless you are super lucky, thats just not happening. Allow for 2 hours as a non-citizen and 1 hour for a citizen to clear customs alone. Then 30-45 minutes to make your actual connection.
