Used them when I was a travel advisor some years ago. They have been around for quite awhile. Did you check their web site and did you look at "about us" in the drop down menu at the top of their page? I did a check for a stay I will be in Frankfurt next January during some trade fairs when prices are very high. They seem competitive with Booking.com, which I use all the time, so you might compare the two sites to see who has the less expensive prices for the same hotels.
