Not much different than saying "I only paid $100 for my last flight but the cheap airline made me sit in Coach even though First had empty seats."
Doesn't cost the hotel any more to put me in one of the hundreds of available rooms with a view rather than one of the about ten rooms in this hotel that face a concrete wall.
