Doubt the no smoking lasts long at all. They tried the no smoking in AC not too long ago and the losses were large enough for them to quickly reverse it.
As for long term, doesn't look like the greatest investment. When NY shortly passes the legalization of some full service casinos, it will likely be destroyed.
The Casinos
had smoking in large areas already; the NJ smoking ban, was to have applied to Casinos as well--since PA did allow smoking, they got the ban partially rescinded. Revel is advertising itself as NO smoking, and so will attract people (like me
) who don't smoke, and don't want smoke from nearby areas to drift so that it becomes annoying. [In many of the casinos which have smoking and non-smoking on the same floor, there are NO barriers separating them.

PS: Caesars second floor is NON-smoking, the first floor is mixed; the second floor seems much busier than the first--is this because of the NON-smoking?
