I applied for a card with $100 credit back, I bought a gift card for AA. You can resell them to most of the major gift card discounters(gift card granny, gift card exchange, etc.) for 80% of their value. They let you either choose an e-code or a physical gift card, I went with the e-code. Regretting that a bit now as the online gift card buyers, in outdated analog fashion, want me to mail them the physical gift card and don't want an e-code even though it would be easier for everyone...
