Is this a BBS about Frequent Flyers or a FOX Reality Show?

We don't need a moderator in this forum.

We need some frelling common sense from the Community as a whole.

Everyone's taking their disagreements - major or minor - with each other and/or threads direct to Randy via this forum.

The moderators are there for a reason - to moderate. If they don't give you the answer you want, well maybe that's life. If you really feel you've been shafted, then email Randy privately.

This forum should be more than a place to try one's case in the Court of Public Opinion.

I don't know, maybe we need a forum called "Court of Public Opinion" and leave it unmoderated. Just let people with beefs go at it, while the rest of us can just pass it by if we're not involved.

And then we can create an unmoderated "Trust No One" forum for all those who feel moderators can't be trusted and people can bash them to their heart's content.

I've seen a handful of good threads in this forum over the past year. Threads that dealth with issues of how FlyerTalk is managed and run as an entity. As of late, it's been nothing but whizzing matches.

We're just lucky Randy doesn't have a lot of free time to wade through this. Otherwise this community might be a lot smaller and a lot quieter.
