Twice weekly ,Thu/Mon, definately says "business travel" to me. Possibly with some Israeli leisure travel over their weekends thrown in.
There is a pretty big jewish population in Malmo that i guess SAS is trying to target here, so I am not sure that the late arrival to CPH is a big issue.
