Booking non-straightforward rewards flights offline
I'm trying to arrange a fairly complex reward flight combination.
- 2 adults, 1 child, 1 infant
- 1 Amex 2-4-1 voucher
- Outbound LHR-YVR in J
- Inbound YYC-LHR in J
a. is this possible?
b. as it is not possible to book online (the voucher is the blocker) does offline booking incur a charge?
Also, strange availability issues - YYC-LHR shows no availability on my chosen dates in June. But if I choose YYC-JER, it shows 4 J reward seats remaining for YYC-LHR on the same date.
