It depends on your flying pattern for the next year.

Bronze gives you a 25% extra Avios when you fly, access to the Club checkin and seat-selection 7 days before your flight.

If you've got a few flights book and it'd save you, for example, paying for seats, then it might be worth it. But, is that worth £260?
