From what I could tell, select checkpoints in concourses C and E did not have NOS. You could get through there and take the train to the other concourses. it is MMW.
E15 and E16 (to the left or right of AS/DL/VX ticket counters) are safe. The rest of E is not.
I think that A23 is now the only other safe checkpoint in the airport.
