Minimizing taxes (fuel surcharge etc.) HELP
Hi there,
I am flying YYZ-BKK-LHR-YYZ (staying in BKK and LHR for about 10 days each) and tried to book a flight on Aeroplan points (75 000 pts) and the taxes were a whopping $1200.00!
What is the best way to minimize these taxes? Is it related to specific airlines? Is it helpful to take extra stop-overs?
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
