WHAAAAT?! These fees are ridiculous.
Last time I flew JFK to LHR on BA for Under $600.
Granted that was a few years ago- but unless you're leaving TOMORROW in the MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER, these fees are way too sharp.
I don't totally get these Fuel Surcharges either.
Why is a VX redeption from JFK to SFO which is 2700 miles, cost $2.50 in surcharges, yet JFK to LHR 3470 cost $650?!
