OT: Without personal experience, I've always been under the impression of posts in this forum that it is indeed possble to even drop down to GR from DM if you're not flying enough and it's only discretionary that they do a 'soft-landing' down to Gold - probably linked to previous revenue/flight patterns.

But agree - I think as well that compared to other airlines, CX is actually providing quite a lot of benefits to their SL members. So much that some DMs and GOs even call for separate handling of them e.g. on priority boarding And no, I'm not one of those - I know where I come from!
