The problem is that in the meantime, OP needs to go places and do things. It's all well and good UA needs 6 months to "work out the kinks" but frankly, if I were OP, I'd move over to AA until UA got its act together
and made some serious acts of contrition to get my business back. Why in the world should customers paitently deal with UA's inability to make this merger happen more smoothly?
They may have saved serious $$$ by sticking with SHARES, but one has to wonder whether this will be more than offset by the business lost from PMUA folks who get tired of hearing how "the new system" is to blame for everything they
used to be able to do but
can't anymore.
