What flight are you coming in on? Whether it arrives in terminal B or C will make a fairly big difference, as that will add another 10 minutes to the transfer. You can often predict the arrival terminal by looking at the recent history of the flight.
With GE and without bags checked I'd say it's fairly possible. With a bag checked it is very risky.
