4 years ago, they didn't provide Regional Upgrades But I guess you meant complimentary elite upgrades. I've had three very bad experiences with United in just the last week. Got an F ticket to LAX later this week, if that trip doesn't go well, I'll definitely need to reconsider who to use moving forward.
