I even pulled up the T&C's on my tablet from the SPG site and showed the GSA. He stated that 'It's been that way for years', where I replied insistently that the program changed effective March 1st, 2012, 'More power to you". I requested to see the duty manager immediately rather than waiting until the morning. And low and behold, who comes out, the GSA who checked me in, but comes bearing the additional vouchers. When I inquired what changed to allow them to believe me and follow the T&C's, she indicated that she made a special arrangement for me this time and typically would not offer them. Huh? Rather than belabour the issue, I accepted the vouchers, thanked her, and walked away shaking my head.
