Actually the Nagaworld location isn't bad at all. And the IC location, while far, at least is on Mae Tse Toung and, outside of morning and afternoon traffic peaks, you can get most anywhere without too much problem. The IC is not a place to be walking from though.

Don't know if it was a mistake or not, but the IC was listed at 5000pts for a point break recently.
