Sorry to hear your situation, but if it 'helps', I had a reservation that was NOT ticketed (but confirmed, and always showed up on 'My Reservations' page on CO.com) for over 1 FULL MONTH.
After 3 calls lasting over an hour each, they finally got it ticketed, this was only a few weeks before departure. And naturally, this was on CO, using an award for partners: LH, VS and TK.
Good luck, and keep calling back (although the wait times suck), but stick to your guns and don't let them tell you 'no'. It was their fault, you should NOT have to deal with this crap, and you are entitled to those flights, regardless of how they get them back - it was their systems that led to the error.
