Changing MP Nos. for Partner Profiles
I'm registered with one of United's partners, a rental car company, with the opportunity to earn UA miles rather than rental car points. Currently, of course, my profile shows United as the airline and my United Mileage Plus number.

Beginning March 3rd, I should make a change. But which option is correct?

Select United as the airline, but show the former CO One Plus number, or

Select Continental as the airline, with the CO One Plus number.

Or, does it not matter?
