I would just not even bother mentioning it until they ask and pay up for the extra person charge then. I've had the same situation with another (non-Starwood) hotel where we booked for 3, but then turned into four of us. Thing for us was we had two waiting outside, and two doing the check-in. We didn't pay any extra. Hope this helps.
