Upgrades on reward tickets Avianca (AV) ?
Do they offer the automatic upgrades on award tickets? Which classes of awards tickets?
I have a feeling the answer is no because I checked and see availability of J on the national flight I am supposed to be on this evening, and no 72 hour upgrade happened.
Who knows, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised at the airport, but I am not holding my breath. Perhaps someone has some experience with this.
