Hotel Shalom & Relax, Tel Aviv

Anyone have any experience at the Hotel Shalom & Relax in Tel Aviv? We have a few days in Tel Aviv in April, wanted to stay at the Hilton, but it's completely oversold, no rooms at all (not even a Diamond Force).

Also, we may be landing at 5 AM. If so, is there an airport hotel we could get a room for a half-day?
