I suggest that you just stay on the Q30 all the way to the Jamaica Station Air Train terminal, which is the Q30's southern terminus.
wow, am I glad I checked this before I left.

I always get off the Q30 at 169 for the F.
I did not know it went to the Air Train.

That saves me from getting on to the F and transferring to the E.
