If I could attend only one annual food/beverage/music event in Portland, it would be the
Spring Beer & Wine Fest. The next one is coming up April 18-19, 2003 (which I'll have to miss due to a scheduling conflict).
The last full weekend in July is, of course, reserved for the Gilroy Garlic Festival.
