N is not in use. P is a discounted business class bucket but higher than Z. But since it is already in Business no CPUs there.

You need PN for a B or M upgrade and JN for a Y upgrade.

That list is out of date now. Search for Alphabet Soup or read here for the new order, including crediting rates.

Technically it is JN, but that should map 1:1 to F.

There is no instant-up from C->F. If you mean the SUW/miles inventory for C->F that should be ON for all customers.
