They have a fix for that, just nobody wants to pay for it. The only fix is a new terminal building.
OK, so they are renovating one of the terminals at IAH, one of the terminals at ORD, and the IAD C/D concourse is still a cesspool.
I so wish someone would come into IAD and give UA some real competition.
