Yes, all of my CAI and NBO leave on the same flight I am arriving. My first NBO turn is in a few days, first CAI in about a month. I will report on it, wish me luck!
NBO turn-around is quick, all you need to do is make your way to the transfer desk which is barely a hundred yards from the gate, get a new boarding pass and go to the 'Duty Free Lounge'. You will pass security at the gate when boarding. I did this 4- 5 times last year and never encountered any difficulty.
