I've tried multiple times to upgrade online (I have a mailed invite), the system keeps falling over at the end of the process saying 'unexpected error' call this number. I called the number, bloke was very unhelpful, said they knew there was a problem and it would be fixed within 48 hours. Well it hasn't been!
