Yes, you'll have access to the Flagship Lounge at LAX and JFK when you land if you are booked in F or Z for the LAX-JFK leg. (

Technically you would only get access to the Flagship Lounge on the same day as your flight or if you have a flight before 6am the next day. If your JFK-MIA is the first flight of the next day (that is, you were on the last flight in, first flight out in the morning), then you may get a sympathetic agent who will let you into the FL. Else, you'll be able to use the Admirals Club at JFK and MIA. (
