It sounds an "interesting" experience...
I was actively considering an RJ return to HKG for later this year, however this does give one pause for thought.
I know as passengers we have a tendency to grumble when seatbelts are checked, jumpers have to go into the lockers etc but this kind of experience does make one appreciate the safety culture at airlines like BA even more...
