Maybe a slightly of topic, but whats the case with paypal regarding vouchers and RA referal certs?
Is there a country specific difference?
For ex, on ebay.de it says at all voichers and RA certs... this article is not covered through paypal buyerprotection...
Even if you pay with paypal...same if you buy a lets say flight voucher...
Is that different in US?
Thats the reason while I always afraid of buying vouchers on any kind of ebay,where the value is higher than 100 Euro...if I am understand it correctly....if I dont recieve the item, Ebay and paypal is doing nothing here
