I get my status thru credit card spending, so the only comparison I looked at is

Hilton:
Spend $20,000 on credit card per year gets Gold
Spent $40,000 on credit card per year gets Diamond

Marriott:
Spend $105,000 on credit card per year gets Gold
Spend $180,000 on credit card per year gets Platinum

Starwood:
Spend $30,000 on credit card per year gets Gold
Cannot get to Platinum thru spending
