dabee69! Im sure there is lot of E+ members which would like to know more about these almost mythical vouchers!
Did you check before your flight(s) that Z-class had availability? Quick checking around with Expertflyer shows totally random behavior of Z and in some routes it's not even listed all the times(try BKK).
