Total FF neophyte here. Going from East Coast to BKK. Currently have 80K Starwood, 50K Aeroplan (Air Canada), 64K Delta, 20K American Airlines, 28K Continential and abt 30K AmEx Plat - any suggestions about how to combine/top up any of these programs to get to 125K miles? Looking for RT business class fare to BKK in March.
