Just completed a 1 night stay.
At the Airport, then you need to call the Hotel for the Shuttle using the freephone near doors 1&2 on the baggage reclaim area. The drive to the hotel is less than 5 minutes - the shuttle back to the airport is on demand.
Received ,very friendly welcome and the suite room was a very good size and well-appointed - the rooms at the front of the hotel have a view across to the airport / runway.
Received a Diamond Continental Breakfast voucher which entitled me to "anything on the buffet table as far as the toaster" - selection IMO was poorer than I would expect at a full service Hilton.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can take the #15 bus (every 20mins) into the central area - it's about 25mins to Portage. You can also get the #20 bus from the same stop.
