My husband just got the email inviting him to this program. It seems like it could be beneficial. It says you register the product you bought on the card through their site and they will track the price from a lot of retailers for thirty days. Or you can track it yourself. Has anyone had any experience that they'd like to share -- good, bad or ugly? And I wonder, if you buy something and then return it, would the program not work since Citi could see the return on your credit card (unless you returned it for a merchandise credit)?
