The problem I'm having is that they're splitting up my family in different rows (2 adults, child, infant). Absolutely ridiculous...
I've already given up on a bassinet (and flying LH ever again in the future as a result of this), but now it seems that getting a row of 3 seats together is a problem because they blocked the entire front section of the plane (rows 50-59) for status pax.
And they don't care if you have a kid and infant with you, too bad. They won't even give you a row of 3 (without a bassinet) because it's... blocked (not taken). This has to go down as the most pathetic approach I've ever come accross, but all is good, it gives me every reason not to waste my time with LH ever again. Good riddance...
