Irrelevant - she is an online social ambassador for a company doing business in a region just a teensy bit larger thanthe eastern time zone. If she can't be the one to respond around the clock, then someone else from DL's online team needs to be jumping in here while the questions are flying. Corporate silence is killing DL right now...
