Just noticed this this morning. I have a WLG-CHC which shows Seat+Bag, a WLG-AKL showing Economy and a PPQ-AKL showing Seat+Bag. So it seems a bit random.
Given the high costs of flying Link for many people, I think gouging them for a bag charge may be a bit rich. You don't even get the benefit of cabin service on the Eagle flights.
