They all look like they nickle and dime the same amount, but still end up cheaper compared to TG or CX.

There's also the possibility we would have an extra bag, does anyone know if they carriers allow or what they charge for a 2nd bag?

I've traveled all three and frankly none are as bad as painted. BKK to SIN is less than 2 hours , you don't need to eat, the service and aircraft are both fine and as you note can be had at times extremely cheaply. Despite all the (negative) hype have never had one of these not on time internationally.
