Award Booking Difficulties - Constructive Help Thread
I am starting this thread in order that we can try to offer constructive suggestions to each other on award booking difficulties.
Topics to be covered in this thread include (but not limited to):
- I cannot find redemption seats for A-B, help! Can you suggest something please?
- Is there a better way to book my award flights so that I can use fewer Avios?
- Booking system is not doing what I think it should be doing. What can I do?
etc.

As a general rule, when you encounter a difficulty, the less ranting your post is, the better help you will get. So I suggest the following formula:
1. Calmly outline the problem you are encountering.
2. Outline the outcome you want to achieve
3. Politely request help (remembering the "please" 
)
