Not to be missed: a Shrimp Plate Lunch from the white van about 4 miles east of the hotel. For $11 you can chow down on a whole mess of the most deliciously marinated and grilled scampi. Still kicking myself for not brining home a bottle of that fabulous garlic, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices, and garlic concoction.
