Yeah, they put the date on them for the people who cannot use their common senses. Just open the pack and see how they are. If they are crunchy eat them, if not throw them away

I just think nowadays it's a shame to throw away food that is still good. There are too many people in the world starving - I know this sounds pathetic, but unfortunately this is the way it is.
In our country we even have a special program where people in need can get food from the grocery stores that is expired for free. And unfortunately there is a big demand. And I am not talking about Africa, I am talking about Europe. I am in a very lucky situation in which I can decide that I just don't like some kind of food and prefer to eat something else. There are too many that can't.
