I just saw that Lima Antofagasta flight, it is the same as the Antofagasta Santiago flight so it is effectively another LIM SCL flight if you want to look at it that way

Nice that TACA is having a bite at Chile but seriously, what is the point in offering SCL IQQ as a code share, presumably for connecting flights from LIM.

Just priced it out and it costs $200 more than flying direct from LIM to IQQ with LAN. It also takes up to 10 hours. I guess if you have 10 hours to spare you could save even more wedge by flying to Tacna and jogging to Iquique.

IQQ is an international airport, why not throw a flight in from LIM then offer Sky codeshares to Antofagasta, Arica, Copiapó etc?

Not that I am sure Sky flies those routes from IQQ, their website just broke whilst I was checking
