Actually, you can take a walk from interisland terminal to main terminals on people moving sidewalk or if you want to take on wiki wiki Shuttle bus on upper third level. You don't have to leave from secure area.
but how can you walk by II terminal security checkpoint while holding boarding pass for international departure from another terminal?
