The new configuration will show up on the seat map if one of the reconfigured aircraft is assigned to a particular flight. This generally happens 2-3 days prior to the flight, but is always subject to last minute changes due to operational issues. Otherwise, the standard seat map is used as a placeholder as this is the configuration that is most likely to be assigned.

Seems the seatmap just changed to the 1-2-1 config on my flight for tomorrow -- 244 - MSP-> AMS on 22-Oct.
If the seatmap's close to correct - BE cabin is only about 1/3 full.
